Primer Quarz is a water-based resin, with excellent adhesion on any slightly or non-porous surface, and a permanent residual tack that ensures adhesion between layers.

It has great elasticity, maintaining this property for long periods of time with high resistance to water and alkalis, which is why it resists excellently the different atmospheric conditions.
