Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items through our customer service team.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
